21-01-2016 ALIJARAH HOLDING POSTPONES THE DATE OF ITS BOARD MEETING TO DISCUSS THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ENDED ON 31/12/2015 TO 25/01/2016. Alijarah Holding Company announces that Announcement date has been postponed due to lack of quorum the Board of Directors. And decided to postpone the Board Member Meeting to Monday evening 25 January 2016 for the approving of the financial statements for the year 2015.
