ALIJARAH HOLDING HOLDS ITS EGM ON 06/2/2019
National Leasing Holding announces that Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting will be held on Monday 06 February 2019 at Alijarah building – Al Hilal D-ring road Al Wajbah Hall at 4:30 pm and In case of incompletes of quorum the second meeting will be held on Monday 11 February 2019 at the same time and place. Amend the article of association as follows: a. Amendment of Article (5) Adjusting the Nominal Value of the Share in the Company as per the directions of the Qatar Financial Markets Authority. b. Amendment of Article (19) the percentage of ownership of non-Qataris.
